DragNet Ticket Program
1.Ticket Program
1.1DragNet Ticket value for new/referred customers
1.1.1 DragNet ADSL Tickets are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable.
1.1.2 Dragnet ADSL Tickets are tracked through the use of unique customer codes printed on each Ticket distributed by DragNet.
1.1.3 Each individual DragNet ADSL Ticket has no immediate fixed value. The plan type that a new (referred with the Ticket) customer selects and successfully activates, is what determines the value of the ticket for a new DragNet customer, and also in turn for the existing DragNet customer making the referral.
1.1.4 The DragNet Ticket provides the newly introduced customer with an account credit, equal in value to their own contracted basic monthly ADSL plan rate, fixed at one month of value only, excluding excess data and set-up/hardware charges.
1.1.5 The credit determined by their selected plan type is applied to their DragNet customer account only once it set up, and will appear on the new customers statement as a credit in their second month of membership, or during a subsequent month as determined by Dragnet Internet Services.
1.1.6 Only one ticket may be applied to a NEW DragNet customer account for the duration of the 12-month contract, on the basis of them being referred by an existing DragNet ADSL member.
2.1 Dragnet Ticket value for existing (referring) customers
2.1.1 Two DragNet Tickets are provided to each existing ADSL customer via mail, and each ticket will remain valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue. Validity duration is also determined on a pro-rata basis of the remaining months of membership with any DragNet ADSL contract.
2.1.2 DragNet Tickets are not redeemable for cash and have no value until a new customer successfully applies for a Dragnet ADSL account using a single Dragnet Ticket as provided by an existing customer, or as provided by DragNet for promotional purposes.
2.1.3 An existing DragNet ADSL customer (1) who refers a new customer (2) to DragNet ADSL using a DragNet Ticket will be entitled to an account credit equivalent to the monthly basic ADSL membership rate, as determined by the plan selected by the new customer (2). The value of this credit will not exceed the basic membership rate of the referring customer (1), notwithstanding the level of membership chosen by the new referred customer (2). If existing customer (1) refers new customer (2) to DragNet, and customer (2) elects to activate an ADSL plan that employs a higher basic pricing schedule per-month than existing customer (1), the rate of redemption for customer (1) will revert to the lower monthly value of the contract in place for customer (1), and this amount will be provided to customer (1) in the following billing month, or at the discretion of DragNet Internet Services P/L.
2.1.4 Any customer who varies their ADSL contract while participating in the DragNet Ticket program will forfeit any accrued referral credits at the time they upgrade/downgrade their ADSL service plan – in such cases all referral based credit counts will revert to “$0.00”.
2.1.5 ADSL customers, who change their DragNet ADSL plan-type, are also able to qualify for referral based account credits on the remaining full months of membership only. DragNet will apply these credits on a ‘next-full-month’ basis.
2.1.6 The maximum number of referrals allowable for any existing DragNet ADSL customer is 11. This number is based upon the application of each referral to remaining full-months of membership, in relation to a coinciding number (11) of referrals. This is calculated on a single allowable referral per full-month, for the duration/balance of the contract term.
